Design Philosophy

How do I design?

Intro

I am a senior product designer who create the Jiugongge theory in my approach. This theory involves considering various factors such as background, economic and business objectives, business model, devices, stakeholders, user behaviors, user emotions, and social emotions when crafting solutions to problems. This comprehensive perspective ensures that my solutions meet both customer expectations and business objectives.

Jiugongge is a 3x3 grid. You can view the contents of the grid as a whole or focus on the contents of three grids in a row or column. I create the Jiugongge method to analyze the relationships between the individual sections and the overall picture. This helps me ensure that I consider each role in the design process.

Metrics

My design philosophy revolves around three crucial metrics:

Target Audience Accuracy

Understanding behaviors, thought processes, and needs of the target audience.

Solution Effectiveness

Creating data-driven solutions based on in-depth insights.

Impact

The designs should meet the business objectives while solve users' problems.
